Minimize Risk

Reducing the likelihood and/or consequences reduces cost impacts. We minimize risk and maximize a team’s potential, protecting profit, people, and reputation.

The Process

Analyze and report

Establish the Context of the Risk Management Program

We help you identify the objectives for the organization, business unit, and project. Then, we set objectives for the risk management program and its development. Finally, we identify stakeholders, criteria for success, a work breakdown schedule, and the key elements.

Identify & Analyze the Risk

We identify the issues considered by the team to be a risk and establish both qualitative and semi-quantitative measurements of the risk. Scales for likelihood and consequences are defined so that a consistent numeric value can assist the team in ranking the various risks across the project.

Mitigate the Risk

We take a hard look at each of the Extreme to High risks to see what options are available to mitigate them. A cost estimate and effectiveness are established for each risk treatment option. Then, risk action plans are developed and resources are assigned. Reporting is done on a weekly basis for the project team and monthly for the executives. Brainstorming and Action Learning Sessions are tools that are utilized to find high quality solutions.
